ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 69 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ

ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਗਿਰੀਸ਼ ਦਿਆਲਨ ਨੇ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਚਲ ਰਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲੀਫਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਨ-ਬਿੰਨ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਡੀਸੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ, ਚੁਕਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚੌਕਸੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਣਸ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੋਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੰਬਾਇਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਟਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਕੰਬਾਈਨ ’ਤੇ ਐਸ.ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨਾ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਿਆਲਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਖਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਇਵਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 143 ਕਰੋੜ 42 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕੁਲ ਬਣਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਯੋਗ ਰਕਮ ਦਾ 69 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਲੱਕ 09 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 983 ਮੀਟਰਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨਾ ਆਇਆ। ਜਿਸ ’ਚੋਂ 1 ਲੱਕ 9 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 855 ਮੀਟਰਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਨਗਰੇਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ 26 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 469 ਮੀਟਰਿਕ ਟਨ, ਮਾਰਕਫੈੱਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ 43 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 413 ਮੀਟਰਿਕ ਟਨ, ਪਨਸਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ 18 ਹਜਾਰ 352 ਮੀਟਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ 13 ਹਜਾਰ 885 ਮੀਟਰਿਕ ਟਨ, ਐਫ਼ਸੀਆਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ 7 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 602 ਮੀਟਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ 134 ਮੀਟਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਖਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ 87 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 817 ਮੀਟਰਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਫ਼ਟਿੰਗ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
